I closed my shop in December, 2023 to take some time away on Maternity leave, my shop reopened at the end of August, 2024.
O U R S H O P P O L I C Y
Returns and exchanges, 21 days:
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
U K S H I P P I N G
All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of purchasing, then posted first class.
I N T E R N A T I O N A L S H I P P I N G
Shipping is currently limited to the United Kingdom, however if you are interested please do not hesitate to get in touch!
C A N C E L L A T I O N S
If you unfortunately decide to cancel your order (a standard print or greeting card) once this has been placed, please do get in touch as soon as possible before this is posted. If you choose to cancel a personalised print, we have been in discussion on the final outcome and I have began to make a start on this, unfortunately it will not be possible to get a refund, due to the time that would have already been put into creating the final illustration.
